What we believe
Six principles. One garden.
Everything we build — the calendar, the programs, the companies — grows out of these. They are not values on a wall. They are the reasons the system is shaped the way it is.
- I
We love men
And are so grateful to have them.
This is not a case against men. We would never have built the system they built — and we couldn’t do this without it. They drive efficiency, technology, resilience, and evolution forward. We protect, nurture, and tend what it grows. That’s not a rivalry. That’s a pair.
- II
We nurture
The most important work on earth has never had a salary.
There is no job more important than tending to what is growing. Caretaking for children and the elderly is at the very heart of the human experience, and should be valued as such. It also naturally conflicts with a 9 to 5.
- III
We are cyclical
Adopt the pace of nature. Her secret is patience.
Women run on a 28-day cycle, yet are asked to work a 9 to 5 built around a male one. Nature does not work on a 9 to 5, and neither should we. So we built our calendar out of the one production schedule that has never failed.
- IV
We are abundant
We love money.
The universe is expansively abundant and there is enough prosperity for all with a little ingenuity and love. There is inherent value in all of us, and everyone has the agency to bring their gifts to the world. We love to see you shine.
- V
We are efficient
Measure six times. Cut once.
Women are more likely to measure six times and cut once — resourceful in a way that is measured rather than timid. Resourceful is not a compliment. It’s a return profile.
- VI
We love to create
Entrepreneurship is the ultimate game.
We respect and honor our ability to create. Entrepreneurship is the greatest tool for an expansive life. We are devoted to our craft, and wholeheartedly committed to helping women flourish.
