What the Greenhouse is
Playbooks, not courses.
The Greenhouse is our playbook marketplace and instruction manual for each step of using AI to build a business for yourself. The world of AI is crowded, and we no longer have the bandwidth to build courses — so we are handing you playbooks instead.
You commit to completion. That is the one requirement we don’t negotiate. Everything else — the pace, the containers, the community — is built around how women actually work: in cycles, not sprints.

The method

Know who you are and what you stand for, written down. Value follows scarcity — you are a one of one.
Energize
Stand in your truth and face the sun. Decide on your offer and confidently direct the execution.
Earn
Bloom and bear fruit. State your offer clearly enough that it travels, and get paid well every time it lands.
Compound
Repeat the process. Trim again, re-align, adjust your offer, blossom again — expanding each time. Earning becomes ownership.

The Greenhouse is a paid program with a small number of seats, and every founder applies. Tell us about the company you want to build; if it’s a fit, we’ll book a call to walk you through the program, the investment, and whether an equity agreement in place of the fee makes sense for you.
